Textiles & More B.V. cares about your personal data. We only use these to manage your orders, deliver products and services to you and, if we have permission, we inform you about our products and services. For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?

Textiles & More B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To deliver goods and services to you and to process your payment further. For example, we use your delivery address to get the goods to the right place. And your e-mail address and / or telephone number to keep you informed of the order status.
  • To inform you about changes to our products and services. We would like to keep you informed about the developments within our product range. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time. You can unsubscribe via this contact form.
  • We use your data to improve our products and services. In order to carry out our business activities, your data is also used in general business processes. For example, we process your data in archive files such as invoices, orders and order confirmations and for other administrative purposes.
  • Textiles & More B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as information that we need for our tax return.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Textiles & More B.V. does not provide personal data to third parties. We do not do this now and never will we do without your permission.

Where are your data processed and how long are they stored?

Your personal data is only stored within the Netherlands. The data is mainly processed by our staff at the office in The Hague. We only keep your data as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which we collected it and / or as long as we are legally obliged to do so. If you do not place orders with us for 36 months, your data will be inactive in our database. We keep your data, so that you can easily become a customer again if you are interested in it again later. Your data will then be archived and no longer actively processed. Upon request for your data to be deleted from us, we will delete your personal data immediately, with the exception of information that we are required by law to keep. This includes, for example, invoices, which we must keep for 7 years.

View, adjust or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Textiles & More B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data via this contact form. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 14 days. Textiles & More B.V. would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Textiles & More B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
